I have had chronic insomnia since elementary school, pain always, mental health problems.. SO many benefits to using CBD .. ( I even use shampoo and conditioner CBD ) 💚💚😘
If you want results, you got to use a higher % of retinol product. The one you have is good to start but you need to use something stronger for the next round. Trust me. I used a higher one, then went to lower one to see and I SAW the difference!!! does your Curology have retinol? I zap each part of my face/neck 3 times with my micro current device. So ti takes like 15 minutes lol. Red light therapy helped my dark spots!!! I believe in it. You know we talked about authenticity and agree my friend. I laughed when you said "we got skincare down we need makeup!". Do you hear us companies? lol I need to try that CBD stuff. My finger knuckles are really bad. Im trying Frownies. Hope they work!

Saw you had a new video, started watching and you always make me feel so good, love your videos. Anyway, paused it about 3rd into it and said get up and do your face Lita….it takes a few minutes and you'll feel better for it. Then back to finish watching you 🥰 Hey, also I've added liquid IV immune tangerine 🍊 to my hydration. I've got loads of friends using CBD and they love it. My mom (84) and her friends are using the THC cream for their arthritis and swear by it, they say they don't get any high feeling from it at all. Big love and thank you!

I love your skincare refrigerator! The inside looks a little like mine but u can fit more in yours! I got mine at Walmartt mainly bc the outside of the door is an led light mirror. I like yours more! I want to start using the Neutrogena retinol oil.I have the retinol pro+.5%serum and I haven't seen any difference at all and I have been using it since December😥And its $30.
