  1. I would seem to me that if your goal is to get into ketosis and burn fat, that by consuming ketones you might be preventing your body from generating the ketones from fat.

  2. Exogenous ketones taste terrible. There is no evidence that it improves athletic performance. Some say it "spares" glycogen but so doesn't a cola. The guy who said it's the most "efficient" fuel is a bozo.
