1. I would recommend at least 1 tsp. of lemon juice or the lemon from half a lemon in your water (12 ounces). I consume it with apple cider vinegar (1 tbs), which is also added to the water. I also drink it with a straw. Add a few drops of stevia to make it even better – a lemonade type drink with a spicy spike.

  2. I use the true lemon packets (made with freeze dried lemons only) and stevia to make lemonade. It's my new obsession this summer because it's just SO refreshing in the summer!

  3. I have been using green limes, I blend like 10 whole limes in a mixer add water fill up a whole bottle and put it in the fridge and keep sipping on it every day. It's bitter as hell, but I am kind of getting used to it. Is this correct?

  4. I have 2 questions…
    1- can I still take lemon water if I have acid problems like acid reflux..
    2. Should I drink it on empty stomach or take it throughout the day and which way is better it’s cold or hot

  5. He's 100% right, try it, I do everyday in the morning and ACV a couple hours later both with Ginger and Cinnamon, what a total germ bomb. Want to lose weight and start to live, clean out poison's, this will do that. 68 years young and feel fantastic

  6. My doctor told me to drink a glass of lemon water first thing in the morning to lower my blood pressure. Does it really help lower your BP? It's not on your list so now idk if my doctor is correct on this.

  7. I have passed kidney stones since 1976. Around 1990 someone told me to try squeezing a lemon in warm water and drinking it daily
    Since that time my kidney stones have become much smaller and less often. I rarely fail to drink my lemon water.
