Rap, BK, Nik777 have a disordered and unwell mentality. For instance, let's say for all intent and purposes Ernie was scamming or anything nefarious. How they're orchestrating their strategy is not mentally well, not safe for parties close to families. A normal minded person would maneuver thru proper channels, contact authorities, relay all evidence, if a investigation proves there's fraudulent activity, authorities would proceed with necessary steps. No one has come forth as I'm aware of, stating they've been scammed or harmed by Ernie Shell, Jimbo Collins, you or your husband. If they did and I missed it, I would of hoped they contacted authorities.
We live in a country public opinion is not the courtroom, we don't decide who's guilty and who isn't. What they're doing is playing the courtroom. We cancel culture our constitution we're all in for being hung. If opinions alone constitutes guilt, we're in deep dangerous waters. I don't agree with what both sides had done, I can see inflictions on both book ends. Anyone that perceived or knew they were under unnecessary cruelty or feared for safety, there was strategies that could had been implemented to deesculate further confrontations.
If Ernie Shell, Jimbo or anyone for that matter has lied or mislead for donations, it doesn't deserve illegal ramifications of daily stalking or harassment. Not liking how a creator runs their channel, not liking their personality, not liking how they might maneuver to sway for donations is not reasons to antagonize, harass, stalk, accuse of a crime without proof. If a subscriber decides to donate, if they're content, it means a happy customer. It is their decision to make. There's nothing illegal receiving donations. Homeless stand on public street corners every day asking for donations, they have for generations. Do we want to abolish everything our forefathers fought, bled and died for to afford us the freedoms we have and live under directorship? I'm absolutely sure we don't. Some people are lonely, are bed bound, in abusive relationships, the creator offers a little hope in their lives, they want to donate, it's their business. We don't get to decide what constitutes a person's happiness. Celebrities, talk show hosts, singer's earn a living for using their voice, been happening for generations, freedom is ours, thankfully social media has given the luxury to each and everyone of us, a platform for entrepreneurialism. Patient sitting in a therapists office, the therapist gets paid to listen and offer advice.
We live in a generation of self made entrepreneurship, opportunity to market self or whatever for income. It's a free market enterprise. I don't fair with Benny K's content and plethora of channel's, however I would never stalk, harass them or their subscribers. If they're happy with him covering cases, so be it. They have a free choice to donate or not. Of course the moment something should be brought to attention is if there's known facts a person's life is in danger or known facts of illegal activity that would in fact warrant a punishable crime. However again, it should be left up to authorities. A person committing a crime, is not free reign to commit a crime on them. Stalking and harassing a person with evidence of a scam is a punishable crime. A charged offender has rights, until they're before a court of law and prosecuted, they are innocent.
Jimbo Collins past or anyone's past, is that the past. We don't have to like what anyone did in the past, however stalking and harassment is illegal. We have constitutional right to state our opinions on anyone, however what we don't have a right to do is stalk and harass. Visiting a person's channel, live streaming their lives, making derogatory remarks that aren't true, haven't been prosecuted for, there's no documentations that would hold up in a court of law, is defamation of character, stalking and harassment, with possibility of a charge for mental anguish. Jimbo and Ernie had a spell of bad blood, possibility Jimbo was right in what he shared with public, Ernie failed him, however it doesn't imply everyone is to join in a mob hanging. I'm almost certain Jimbo has regrets, worried he might of cost him his life, also realized illegal consequences he could face. Possibly they both realized they work good as a team, both need to begin mature up. I'm sure they'll have slips of mistakes, who doesn't. Life is full of twists and turns. None of us are without blemishes, it's ever growing out of our carnal nature. Ernie's new girlfriend might be a good influence and lessons for him, then maybe not, it's his personal business, we learn and mature by experimentation, joyful and painful experiences. I wish him well. I wish well for everyone regardless if there's indifferences.
There's 100% guarantee, if the train keeps rolling in direction of stalking and harassment, people will undoubtedly be charged. I'd much prefer hearing a charge, then hearing about a murder. God for bid anyone lost a life.
